  • — 01 —Payment terms. 50% to begin, 50% on delivery for projects under $5,000. Larger engagements split into thirds. Monthly retainers billed first of the month.
  • — 02 —Discovery is free. Every engagement begins with a complimentary 20-minute fit call. We only take on work where we believe we can move the needle.
  • — 03 —Bundled rates. Combining engagements across two pillars earns 10% off the smaller. Across three, 15%. Quietly applied at invoice.
  • — 04 —Cancellation. Hourly and packaged work refundable up to 7 days before commencement. Retainers require 30 days written notice.
  • — 05 —Confidentiality. Mutual NDA accompanies every engagement. What's said in the room stays in the room.
  • — 06 —Insurance & legal. Management services include strategic guidance and brokerage liaison; we are not legal counsel and recommend retained counsel for filings, litigation, and policy underwriting.
